Loudon Group was estabilished in 1962, as a result of professionals' efforts from George Stewart and Herbert Austin Blomquist. The consolidation of an independent auditing firm was possible through the acquirement of experiences by the founders in the United States, England and Brazil.
Throughout the years different partners shared their excelent expertness with the firm's working team. Asy Casemiro de Menezes, Humberto Nogueira Pereira, and Harold Davies Fleming were part of a significant group of newcomers. All presenting a high standard qualification of professionalism, where the firm's number one requirement of quality has been set for many years.
The exertion of activities finds ground on a proper license valid in all national territory at the Regional Council of Accounting in Rio de Janeiro, in the main states of the Union, and at the Real State Comission of Values (CVM).
